Upper and Lower Eyelid Correction
Lifting of the upper or lower eyelid skin, brow lifting (if needed), removal of “bags under the eyes”: The procedures are done under local anaesthesia with the patient under i.v. sedation. These are typically out-patient procedures.

Face and Neck Lifting
Contouring of the aging-related saging of facial soft tissue, especially in the lower facial regions, and of wrinkles on the cheeks and neck:
The modern multilayer facelift makes the face look younger naturally, without excessive tightening of the skin, by restoring the original position of facial soft tissue that has come to sag over time. This procedure prevents a mask-like, overly stretched facial expression. In certain cases, a so-called “mini facelift” is sufficient. The facelift can be combined with eyelid plasty, fat injections, or an endoscopic forehead lift in order to render the face harmonious.
The operation is done under local anaesthesia with the patient under i.v. sedation or under general anaesthesia. Scars are almost exclusively hidden underneath the hair and behind the ear.

Endoscopic Forehead Lifting
Lifting of the forehead skin with simultaneous reduction of hyperactive muscles of the forehead. Endoscopic forehead lifting raises the eyebrows and smoothes forehead wrinkles.
The procedure is usually performed under general anaesthesia.

Nose Reshaping (Rhinoplasty)
Correction of noses that are too large, too wide, hooked, and/or aquiline as well as of projecting or retracted chins. Exact planning and consideration of the facial proportions is crucial for this procedure. The new nose, or new profile, is analyzed and simulated on a computer together with the patient.
The procedure is done under general anaesthesia or i.v. sedation on either an out-patient or in-patient basis.

Ear Correction (Otoplasty)
Ear correction is often done in childhood. The cause of protruding ears is a defective position of the auricle in its middle section and disproportionately large cartilage of the auricle in the section close to the head.
The operation is usually performed under local anaesthesia on an out-patient basis.
